– Vipassana Meditation –

I completed my first 10-day Vipassana retreat at the end of March, precisely in the beginning of this new pandemic, 23rd of March. Vipassana is a form of meditation that originated in India more than 2500 years ago. It is now one of the most widely practiced forms of meditation in the world with over 200 centers worldwide delivered in 55 different languages. Although we may be heading to another lockdown, my wish is to keep the mental health of as many people as possible in a good standard. Now is the time to dedicate more time to your self, therefore I have decided to schedule this class at the end of each Friday, for you to become whole, to be aware of the present, making rational decisions. I have endured 10 days of complete silence and once I returned into the ”normal world” everything changed and I can not be thankful enough to have learned to control my emotions.
