I completed my first 10-day Vipassana retreat at the end of March, precisely in the beginning of this new pandemic, 23rd of March. Vipassana is a form of meditation that originated in India more than 2500 years ago. It is now one of the most widely practiced forms of meditation in the world with over 200 centers worldwide delivered in 55 different languages. Although we may be heading to another lockdown, my wish is to keep the mental health of as many people as possible in a good standard. Now is the time to dedicate more time to your self, therefore I have decided to schedule this class at the end of each Friday, for you to become whole, to be aware of the present, making rational decisions. I have endured 10 days of complete silence and once I returned into the ''normal world'' everything changed and I can not be thankful enough to have learned to control my emotions.
This class is about stretching with the intention to optimize your athletic performance. Prevent injury, recovery better, and improve performance by addressing flexibility, stretching, stability and proper positions and movement mechanics that support your workout. My Style of Mobility takes inspiration from several styles of movements. You can say it is an eclectic mix of exercises designed to increase your core strength and range of motion. It is really important that we are looking after our joints and tendons, after all, they play an important factor in how well we move, without them we will not able to move at all. I have fought professionally for several years and trauma after trauma I was not able to move as before and it is thanks only to the mobility drills that I can now move even better than before regaining the full control of own my mobility. This is a class that I am very proud to share with you because includes so many aspects of my own training, a training that will resolve back problems, realigned your posture, increase your R.O.M. and also develop a much needed stronger core muscles to stabilize our body at every move.
HIIT box & Bodyweight exercises This is going to be fun guys!! This is ME throughout, I have been waiting to do a class like this for a long time and this platform does give me the opportunity to do so. Quick Class to start your week fully energize, moving your body and testing your strength, core and endurance. This class is developed to burn as many calories as possible using your body weight, although at time you will see me using very a mall weight (dumbbell) to increase the intensity. In addition to your hard work, you will learn how to Box and Kick through a series of combinations designed for any ability levels. This class will push your limits in every way, so expect to sweat a lot and be short of breath from the start... We will be working in rounds with minimum breaks in between. Those rounds are a mix of Box and Maui Thay and bodyweight exercises, for example, loads of sit-ups, push-ups, squats, lunges and much more. Everything will be explaining at the beginning of each class, so STAY FOCUS STAY SHARP and GET FIT!!!
